The chest is divided into two main regions. These are:The clavicular head of the pec major -Also known as the upper chest"     

The sternal head of the pec major - Which divides into both the middle and the lower chest based on the way the fibres run. 

Do note that all portions will be activated during all chest exercises. But certain portions can be emphasized.

This workout has been designed to target all areas of your chest.

CABLE CROSSOVER- HIGH TO LOW

6.LOW TO HIGH CABLE PRESS: 3 x 10 Reps
